Neil has been involved with the administration of AAP for 15 years. Neil’s contribution in financing and business management has led the company to the fore front of stability. Neil’s direction and corporate leadership drives AAP customer satisfaction.
Senior Vice President
Benís experience of more than 15 years allows AAP to capitalize on his sales and marketing expertise. In Addition, Ben takes a leadership role in managing relationships within our existing customer base while also focusing on building new marketing opportunities for AAP.

Joseph has over 30 years experience in finance, budgets, and operations. Joseph joined the team in 2004, through his expertise he has assisted the organization in achieving operational stability.
Senior VP of Sales and Marketing
Joe has headed up the AAP sales team for almost 30 years. Many of AAP’s most knowledgeable sales persons have developed under his tutelage. His extensive knowledge of markets we supply provides customers with diverse technical know how. Joe has been a leader who puts the customer first.
Bob MacDougall is the General Manager whose responsibilities oversee all phases of manufacture with an eye on customer satisfaction. Bob has equipment knowledge not only in extrusion but in packaging equipment as well. Together with the All American team Bob has brought new market opportunities to All American.
VP Logistics and Production Planning
Steve Berkowitz, is our VP Logistics and Production Planning. His 23 years experience in production planning and “getting it done” is recognized by our customers. A strong negotiator Steve helps All American keep our competitive edge by holding costs down while maintaining an on time delivery rating bettered by none.
Director of Purchasing
David is responsible for the purchasing, delivering and maintaining of inventory levels of raw materials across all of our facilities. With a diverse background in Finance, David is well suited to deal with the complexities of a global and ever changing marketplace.
