Bob MacDougall is the General Manager whose responsibilities oversee all phases of manufacture with an eye on customer satisfaction. Bob has equipment knowledge not only in extrusion but in packaging equipment as well. Together with the All American team Bob has brought new market opportunities to All American.

Walter Stazczak
Corporate Manager
Walter Stazczak is Corporate Manager at All American Poly. His 30 years experience in manufacturing and raw material procurement has provided the company with a plethora of industry contacts. Walter controls inventory levels and delivery of raw materials to all our facilities. Walters inside knowledge of material manufacturing and distribution gives AAP purchasing opportunities which would otherwise be unobtainable by other privately held companies. Since he has seen it and done it all Walter knows when and how to get the job done.
